Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation made before 1 month of the scheduled date: 100% refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation made between 2 weeks and 1 month before the scheduled date: 50% refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation made within 2 days before the scheduled date: No refund will be provided.

Refund Policy:
1. Articles can only be returned if received in a damaged condition.
2. To avail a refund for damaged items, a mandatory unboxing video must be provided as proof.
3. Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the unboxing video.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
